Artificial rain in China

China's news agency has reported that the government has used silver iodide to create Beijing's biggest rainfall of the year.

Apparently, China has been experimenting with weather manipulation for years.  Although its effectiveness is debated in the scientific community.

Hmm.......but if the news agency is correct, it did rain in Beijing, which suggests weather manipulation is a real phenomenon.
