Walmart may lose property due to eminent domain?
I just find this very interesting. The Bay-area town of Hercules, in CA, is considering taking away property owned by Walmart via eminent domain.

The story is still unfolding, but if the property indeed gets siezed, it seems that Walmart will fall victim to its own strong-arm tactics.
