The Worst Corporations
This goes a few weeks back, but a freind just told me about it and I think it's worthy of being posted. The San Francisco Bay Guardian published their list of the ten worst corporations of 2005.
The list is as follows (in alphabetical order): BP, Delphi, Dupont, ExxonMobil, Ford, Halliburton, KPMG, Roche, Suez, and W.R. Grace. For highlights of their wrongdoing, check the link.
Oh, and the paper is taking nominees for their 2006 list.

The list sounds like good fun, but if you read the Guardian article, they are deadly serious. I admire their desire to take these companies to task for their actions. If we can't eliminate corporations, at least we can force them to be responsible to the society that has granted them life.
