Electronic Harrassment
Roger Tolces appeared on Coast to Coast AM last night to discuss forms of electronic harrassment.
It appears the technology has advanced to the point that it can be keyed to an individual's DNA, and attackers can direct talking into a victim's brain 24/7 if they wish.
As proof, Tolces brought on one of his clients who has been the subject of an ongoing attack for quite some time. Her story is compelling as well as disturbing.
Tolces' website has more information on this emerging type of warfare and torture.
If you think this sounds farfetched, how about a related article in Business Week about headset technology that reads your thoughts and allows you to play videogames without your hands.
